7 Governing Law. This Site is owned and operated in the State of Texas, USA. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8 Acknowledgement. You acknowledge (a) that you have read and understood this Agreement; and (b) that this Agreement has the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
